Darnit. And not a dollar of support from another soul anyhow. I still see some other cheap houses. There is another for 9 grand, but it's fire damaged. Still, I'm handy. I'd go for it if the investor wanted to put me on a ride. I suppose I'll just show what I'm looking at here. It's the most realistic opportunity I've seen in my lifetime. I could actually get in one of these. ALL are under 50 grand.
